Mahasiswa Departemen Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) telah berhasil lolos ke final Olimpiade Nasional MIPA Perguruan Tinggi (ONMIPA-PT) bidang Matematika. Acara final tersebut diadakan di Universitas Hasanudin, Makassar. Dua dosen pendamping turut mendampingi para mahasiswa selama kompetisi berlangsung.

On 12-13 April 2019, UNY's Mathematics Education Department students won several medals in the Mathematical Analysis and Geometry Day (MAGD XII) competition at the Bandung Institute of Technology. Some students who took part in the competition were awarded the Silver Medal on behalf of Muhammad Labib Hidayaturrohman and Bronze Medal by Agustian Arifianto. With the results obtained, the Department of Mathematics Education adds to the list of achievements achieved by students. This activity is very useful for measuring competencies in the fields of Analysis and Geometry.

Pada tanggal 12-13 April 2019, Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika UNY kembali mengharumkan nama Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dalam ajang kompetisi Mathematical Analysis and Geometry Day (MAGD XII) di Institut Teknologi Bandung. Dari beberapa mahasiswa yang mengikuti memperoleh penghargaan yaitu Silver Medal atas nama Muhammad Labib Hidayaturrohman dan Bronze Medal oleh Agustian Arifianto.
