This workshop is part of The 8th SEAMS conference. This workshop consists of two parts organized by UGM PART 1: July 23 - 27,2019 and UNY PART 2: August 2 - 8,2019. The workshop speakers are W. T. van Horssen (TU Delft), Ferdinand Verhuslt (Utrecht University), and J.M. Tuwankotta (ITB). This activity contains material (courses) from speakers and exercises as well as project presentations.

               Based on the needs of developing Partial Differential Equation (PDE) material, in addition to improving learning also for lecturers and students publications, and considering competent speakers in the field of PDE or pertubasi from abroad, the theme of the workshop was to take partial differential equations and perturbation . This activity is not only attended by students who have taken PDE courses, but also lecturers who have allied science fields. The participants came from several institutions namely, UGM, UNY, ITB, UI, Unesa, Unsri, and Binus. Participants numbered approximately 40 people.

               The objectives of this workshop are: Good collaboration between Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta in general, and Mathematics Study Program in particular with TU Delft, Adding scientific insights in the field of PDE and perturbation internationally to drive the direction of World Class University through competent speakers, Achieving development material and the creation of studies both for lecturers and students of Yogyakarta State University in the field of PDE and perturbation.
